The hardest UV problem in teamwear
A cycling jersey can run to a dozen or more separate panels, each cut on a different grain, and the rider is in a folded position rather than standing upright. Artwork that looks balanced flat can end up with a sponsor half-hidden in the side panel and a logo distorted across the shoulder. Designing against the real UV map is not a nicety in cycling, it is the only way to know what you are printing.

A back panel that reads perfectly on a flat template compresses and folds once the rider is on the hoods. Previewing on accurate geometry shows which part of a rear sponsor stays visible and which disappears into the fold, so the sponsor who paid for the back panel gets the area they were sold.

Club cycling orders are often twenty or thirty pieces, which makes design time the dominant cost rather than print time. Generating the artwork from a prompt and exporting straight to a print-ready file removes most of that setup, which is what makes a small club run viable at all.
