3D Netball Uniform Builder
Design netball dresses, skorts and two-piece kits on UV-mapped 3D models, then export print-ready artwork. Built for the suppliers who produce club netball uniforms.
Dresses and two-piece kits from one design
Netball is a dress-first code, and a dress is a harder UV problem than a jersey: the artwork wraps a single continuous panel with a waist seam and a flared skirt that stretches any pattern crossing it. Uniform Builder maps the design onto the actual dress geometry, so a chevron that meets at the waist in the preview meets at the waist on the garment.
Clubs increasingly order both a dress and a two-piece top-and-skort option for the same squad. Both cuts read from the same design source, so the two options ship as one approval rather than two design cycles.
- A-line dress, skort and two-piece cuts on one design source
- Pattern continuity across the waist seam and skirt flare
- Position bib layouts placed against the real panel
Position bibs handled as part of the kit
Seven positions, each needing a legible two-letter mark at a regulated size, is fiddly work to lay out by hand every season. Generate the full GS through GK set from the kit design in one pass, with the lettering placed against the same UV template as the rest of the artwork so contrast and position stay consistent across every bib in the set.
Junior through senior on the same artwork
A netball club order usually spans a wide age range, and a design scaled naively will put a logo across a junior's hem that sat cleanly on a senior dress. Panel-relative placement means artwork holds its proportional position as the size curve changes, so the smallest dress in the run looks like the largest.
