These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Uniform Builder. By using the platform you agree to these terms. Uniform Builder is operated from Western Australia, and these terms are governed by Western Australian law.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Uniform Builder, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Use of the Service
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and the content you create or upload. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. You confirm you hold the rights to any logos, images, or content you upload for use in your designs.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in US dollars (USD) on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Where GST or other taxes apply, they are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the designs and content you create. Uniform Builder retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology. Any templates, drawings, or specifications we provide remain our property and are made available for your use within the platform only.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to resupplying the service or the cost of resupply.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, outages of third-party infrastructure or networks, strikes, or other disruptions outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. If any provision is found to be invalid, it will be read down or severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
