Information We Collect

We collect the account information you provide (such as your name, email, and organization details), the design content and assets you create or upload, payment information processed securely by our payment provider, and technical data generated as you use the platform (such as IP address, browser and device information, and activity logs used to keep the service secure).

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve the platform, authenticate your account, process payments and subscriptions, generate designs and quotes, provide support, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Virtual Try-On Photos

When you use virtual try-on, you can upload or take a photo of a person. We use that photo only to create the try-on image you asked for.

Before a photo is used, you confirm that you have the rights to it (it is you, or you have the permission of the person pictured) and that you agree to it being processed by AI models. Do not upload a photo of anyone who has not agreed to it.

To create the try-on, the photo and the product images are sent to our AI processing providers, OpenAI and Google (Gemini API). Neither uses this data to train its models. OpenAI keeps API requests for up to 30 days to detect abuse, and Google logs them for a limited period for the same purpose.

We keep an uploaded try-on photo only for as long as it is needed to show you your try-ons and to provide the service. If you have an account with the store, you can delete any photo yourself at any time in your account, under "Try-ons". Deleting a photo also deletes the try-on image made from it, and it no longer appears in your account. We keep a record that the try-on took place (date, product, settings and AI credits used) for billing, security and accounting, but not the photo or the image. You can ask for your whole account to be deleted under "Privacy and data", and the store handles the request. Without an account, you can ask us to delete a photo by writing to [email protected].

Try-on images are AI-generated previews. They may not show exactly how the finished product will look or fit, and they are not part of any quote or order. You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the images you create.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. Session cookies generally last for the duration of your login (longer if you choose to stay signed in), while preference cookies persist until they expire or you clear them. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Data Sharing

We share information with the service providers that help us operate the platform (such as our payment processor, cloud infrastructure, and AI processing providers), only to the extent needed to deliver the service and where required by law. Any embedded third-party content may collect data under its own privacy terms.

Data Retention and Your Rights

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact [email protected].
