Notifications

Notifications collect the things that happened while you were away: a new quote request, an invitation you were sent, a reply on a job.

The notifications page with an empty state — Reach it from the bell in the account menu, or from /dashboard/notifications.

Invitation updates tell you when you have been invited to a store, or when someone accepted your invitation.
Quote updates tell you when a customer submits a request or a quote changes state.
Messages are replies on jobs you are following.

Use All caught up to clear the list once you have read it, and Settings to choose which of these reach you.

Notifications are a convenience, not a delivery guarantee for customers. What the customer receives after submitting a quote is controlled separately in Integrations.
